The Machenair group has its own factory for manufacturing ductwork. We have the technology to produce traditional galvanised ductwork (both square and spiral) and able to offer lightweight ‘Koolduct’ ductwork. We also have the ability to fire rate ductwork with FM120 fire protection ideal when space and weight are a limiting factor.

We are accredited for installing both Koolduct and FM120 and are members of the ductwork groups ADCAS and HVCA.

The design team has the latest design and estimating software to ensure a quick turn around of quotations and designs.

The technology also ensures minimum material wastage which is all important in the sustainable environment we are all working towards.

Our installation teams all hold CSCS cards and are industry qualified to NVQ levels. With all our employees CRB checked we can work on almost any secure site as required by our clients.
